Place of the Data Processing
The data processing of these webservices is made in the Cogentech head quarter, via Adamello 16, 20139 Milano by the technical staff, the office in charge of managing this website and, in some cases, by occasional technicians for repairing purposes.

Kind of Processed Data

• Navigation through this website
  Our IT Infrastructure might collects during its normal activity some personal data routinely handled by the Internet Protocols. These information aren't collect to actually identify a natural person but, by its own nature, could be processed and associated with other, third parties owned information and thus disclose a personal identity. Fall within this category IP addresses or computer domain names, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI)-like addresses, date and time of the connection, the method used to access the resource, the lenght of the file provided by the server when answering the user's request, the numeric code of the server answer (es.: 404 not found) and other parameters connected with the computer used bye the data holder. These data are processed anonymously, for troubleshooting and statistical purposes only and are not stored, being deleted after its use. These data might be used to investigate a crime that should be committed against Cogentech but, apart this case, are deleted after seven days of retention.
• Voluntarily provided user's data
  When voluntarily filling a form, the data are sent to Cogentech to answer the user's request. Specific, summarized data protection policy will be displayed in the pages dedicated to special services.

This website is privacy compliant. Doesn't run hidden personal data processing, doesn't exploit personal identification tools, thus a user that accesses this website will stay anonymous. The only data we collect are those generated by the statistical platorms - in our case, Google Analytics and Addthis.com - handled respectively by Google Inc. and Addthis.com Users may block cookies by tweaking the relevant settings in the Internet browser of choice. Navigation data apart, the user if free to keep his identity from Cogentech. In this case it will not possible to follow his requests.

Way of Data Processing
We electronically and manually process the personal data we collect for legal purposes only. We enforce security measures to block data loss, illegal use, hacking of our systems. Cogentech deployed all the security measures made mandatory by the data protecion code and, following international standard, has enforeced stricter security regulation to better allow privacy, availability and integrity of the personal data processed.

Sharing, Communication and Broadcasting of Data
The collected data might be shared or communicated to entities whose involvement is necessary to run the provided services, User's Personal Data are used to provide the requested answer's and or product/services information only and will be shared only upon clear user authorization. These data shall be communicated only if it is necessary to provide the service. No further other use is made of the above mentioned data with the following exceptions:

• third parties sharing authorization by the user
• need to share the data to collect information necessary to provide the services,
